Over many years ALVIGO Group of Companies conducted scientific/research and designing works for cyclohexanol oxidation process with nitric acid and mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone with nitric acid into adipic acid.

The results of these researches were significant changes in adipic acid production scheme, making possible to raise the technical level of product production. Based on proprietary developments adipic acid production unit was created as a part of stage for obtaining mixture of cyclohexanol with cyclohexanone out of benzene and oxidation stage of this mixture into adipic acid.

The advantages of suggested adipic acid synthesis process are the following:
